Julie Cerrato, PhD, AP, CYT, CAT is a Corporate Wellness Consultant and Health Educator, specializing in workplace wellness, ergonomics, health e-Tools, green/sustainable office, nutrition and fitness.

As a highly motivated, results-oriented, Corporate Wellness Consultant, Julie offers a unique blend of allopathic and alternative medicine training unlike any other wellness professional. Initially a cancer biologist, Julie’s wellness journey began a decade ago, with her first yoga class. Julie’s approach to Yoga is similar to her integrative wellness consulting style.
