Ayurvedic Consultations are a wonderful way to enrich your daily wellness and compliment Western medicine in your life.  They are unlike any health consultation you might have experienced in that they are truly focused on the whole person, your health concerns and your overall well-being. The approach of an Ayurvedic Practitioneris to assess an individual’s unique mental, physical and spiritual constitution and use diet, lifestyle, Yoga and herbs to reconnect you with a balanced self. Ayurveda works in sync with Western Allopathic physicians to provide you with daily tools to take control of your mental and physical health and promote self-care and self-healing practices. The overall goal of the Ayurvedic session is to reintroduce the natural balance of your body, mind and self into your life and to bring you closer in harmony with Nature.

Consultationsare typically 75 min long, wherein your health and wellness concerns are thoroughly discussed, your diet, lifestyle and exercise choices are explored, and a unique, Personal Consultation Wellness Plan (PCP) is developed by the practitioner.  The practitioner will use Ayurvedic pulse and tongue reading and a physical attribute assessment to determine a person’s bodily constitution and the root of imbalance to create the PCP.  In addition to receiving a PCP, you will have further support via email access to the practitioner for the duration of your wellness plan.

Personal Consultation Wellness Plan (PCP)

The PCP may include one or more of the following Ayurvedic Practices:

  • Doshic Constitution
  • Nutrition Plan
  • Daily & Seasonal Routine
  • Exercise Regimen
  • Yoga
  • Pranayama (Breathwork)
  • Herbal or Essential oils
  • Ayurvedic Treatments

Follow-up Ayurvedic Consultations 45min  $ Contact for Pricing Ayurvedic wellness and personal growth extend beyond the first consultation. An initial consultation will provide you with a solid introduction and path to Ayurveda and create positive life changes.  Followup appointments are highly encouraged to maintain your newfound wellness and make adjustments in your PCP wellness plan to further improve your health.

Intro Consult: “Ayur-Tips” 45min  $ Contact for Pricing It’s not always necessary to do a full consultation.  Perhaps you are just interested in what Ayurveda is or how it can improve your life.  Therefore, we offer an “Introduction to Ayurveda” consult to provide you with an introduction to Ayurveda and some key seasonal, daily and Nutritional tips to begin your journey.

    Julie, I want you to know how beneficial your Ayurveda consultation with me has been. I have been following your guidelines for about three months and have had positive physical changes as well as a more healthy mental attitude.

    I am much more aware of the foods and spices that help keep my body “happy”.  I no longer have the bloated feeling after meals.  My daily rituals have kept me on track and I know what to do when I get off track because of busy days.

    I have had a few medical issues that I have been seeing “Regular” doctors for treatment. I had exhausted most of my options. At this point, I was ready to try a different approach; a healthier holistic approach.

    I knew of Wellness Coaches but never sought one out until I met Julie at the Soulutions Store in Newtown, PA. She was so friendly and warm when we spoke that I wanted to learn more about her. My research turned up that she practiced Ayurvedic Counseling.

    I didn’t know much about Ayurveda and this was my first experience with a healthier approach with my treatment. When I sat down with Julie and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in full detail.

    I left feeling rejuvenated and couldn’t wait to start my clean eating/living. I never knew that drinking room temperature water was better than drinking ice water. I stopped that day drinking my ice water.

    We speak very often and she makes you feel like a friend not a patient. If you have questions or ask for a recipe, she will have it to you within the next few hours after you just seen her in person. She checks in with you via email as well and this is just as personal. =)

    I’ve had the good fortune to be introduced to Ayurveda and holistic health through my Wellness coaching by Julie. Our consultations have focused not only on alleviating health challenges, but on improving nutrition through daily motivation. Julie and I discuss my diet, exercise and daily routine and have made adjustments using food, herbs, oils and managing seasonal changes.

    I’ve developed a greater self-awareness and am more in tune with the needs of my mind and body. My experience with Julie has been a positive one and I recommend her as a Wellness Coach to help others!
