Greetings Ayurvedic Enthusiasts!
Here is a Very interesting video I came across on the debate between Integrative Medicine and Conventional Medicine. It features well-known alternative medicine practitioner Dr. Weil and internest/sports medicinist Dr. Steven Knope. I am not promoting either practitioner here, but instead am fascinated by the fact that Integrative Medicine has boomed over the past 4 years (video dated 2008) and how Ayurveda already has a 5,000+yr presence!

I agree that Integrative Medicine is what the Conventional Medicine doctors need to incorporate into their practice. My daughter has Crohn’s Diease and her doctors prescript many vitamin supplements. I just pray that the future of doctoring will accept alternative medicine and that the insurance companies will see the benefits of it too. Thank you for sharing this video.
Integrative medicine combines the best of the west and east together.
